Orders are usually prepared within 2-5 business days before shipment. Return requests are reviewed within 7 days of delivery. Because many pieces are made or sourced after purchase, we do not support no-reason returns.

For pet pieces, use only under supervision and remove during rough play, sleep, or crate time. Pet jewelry must be unused to be considered for return.
