Sizing
What size should I order?
Every bracelet comes in 15cm, 16cm, 17cm, and 18cm to fit most wrists. To find your size, wrap a soft tape measure around the narrowest part of your wrist and add 0.5cm. If you don't have a tape measure, use a strip of paper or string, mark where it overlaps, measure with a ruler, and add 0.5cm. Not sure? Email support@shopgritstone.com and we'll help.
Stones and Materials
Are the stones and pearls real?
Yes. Every Gritstone piece uses natural gemstones and genuine freshwater pearls. No synthetic substitutes. Because they're natural, each stone will vary slightly in colour, tone, and texture — this is not a flaw. It's what makes the piece yours.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
Natural gemstones and pearls vary from piece to piece. The photos show a representative example of the stone. Yours may be a slightly different shade, more or less translucent, or carry different natural markings. We consider this variation part of the character of the piece.
Do you make any healing or wellness claims?
No. We don't claim that our stones cure, heal, or treat anything. What we do believe is that the right object, given with intention, can carry meaning — and that meaning is worth something on its own.
Orders and Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days worldwide. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
United States: no duties on orders under $800. UK and EU: local VAT may apply on delivery. Other countries: duties may apply depending on local import rules. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I get a custom size?
We don't currently offer custom sizing as a standard option, but email support@shopgritstone.com before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
Returns and Issues
Can I return or exchange my bracelet?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, on unworn items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. To start a return, email support@shopgritstone.com with your order number.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us at support@shopgritstone.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
