Products and natural materials

We make reasonable efforts to present product photos, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Natural stones, pearls, shells, metals, and handmade details may vary in color, markings, luster, shape, inclusions, and texture. These variations are part of the character of the materials.

Symbolic meanings

Crystal, gemstone, and intention language on this website is cultural, symbolic, or lifestyle-oriented. Gritstone products are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, protect against, or guarantee any physical, emotional, spiritual, or veterinary outcome.

Pet products

Pet necklaces and collar accessories are decorative symbolic accessories for supervised use only. They are not chew toys, leash attachments, restraint devices, safety equipment, or substitutes for veterinary care. Customers are responsible for choosing appropriate use and removing the item if a pet chews, pulls, scratches, or shows discomfort.

Orders and payment

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, payment is not authorized, fraud risk is detected, or fulfillment is not possible. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Returns and supplier limitations

Because many Gritstone pieces are prepared or sourced after purchase, we do not offer no-reason returns or change-of-mind returns. Return and refund requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

All site content, including text, product names, product photography, layout, graphics, and brand elements, belongs to Gritstone or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability
