Most international orders ship directly from our workshop in Asia. We do not collect customs duties or VAT at checkout — these are billed separately by your local carrier or customs authority, if applicable.

Order changes & address updates

You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already begun processing and cannot guarantee changes.

Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately at support@shopgritstone.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help — once dispatched, we're unable to redirect a package or refund for misdelivery.

We're unable to ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To start a return, email support@shopgritstone.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

  • Returns must be authorised before sending
  • Return shipping is not reimbursed
  • Keep your proof of postage until your return is processed
  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging

Exceptions: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

This depends on your destination:

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, then shipped with tracking. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days worldwide. Total time = processing + delivery, so most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started processing and can't guarantee changes. Wrong address? Email us right away and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Can you deliver to a PO box?
Unfortunately not — we're unable to ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If it's passed the estimated delivery window above, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, on unworn items in original packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged.
